  All contents on ImaginePlay are the copyright of ImaginePlay or of the creators on contract with ImaginePlay. Therefore, copying these materials is prohibited by law.

• Copyright of Products

  All products on ImaginePlay are the copyright of respective creators. ImaginePlay has the right to sell these products upon contract with these creators.

• Unauthorized Acquisition of the Products

  Unauthorized access to obtain or attempt to obtain all or any of the products or contents on ImaginePlay, without contract with ImaginePlay, is subject to criminal penalties based on Unauthorized Access Prevention Act. (Even without obtaining all or any of the products, the act itself is subject to criminal penalties.) When an unauthorized access is confirmed, we will immediately seek for a legal action.

• Resale of Products Acquired on ImaginePlay (Pirated Product)

  You are not allowed to resell or redistribute any product purchased at ImaginePlay without approval of its creators. Similarly, you are not allowed to resell or redistribute any product edited by ImaginePlay (ex: data converted into PDF format) without approval of ImaginePlay and its creators. If we find any unauthorized resale or redistribution, we will immediately report the case to its creators and the authority for illegal action.

• Purchase of Unauthorized Products

  Those who purchase or acquire so-called "pirated copies" are subject to criminal penalties as well.

• Unauthorized Access

  If we find any unauthorized access that differs from normal usage of the website, we will examine the case and report it to the legal authority through our lawyer.
